OBJECTIVE
Nigeria USA Chamber of Commerce offers business development, advocacy and information clearinghouse services for its members about business and legislative environments in the US and Nigeria.
These services will be provided to US and Nigerian individual, business and organizations members interested in exploring business opportunities in the US or in Nigeria. NUSACC will be a platform to facilitate business networking, relationship building, technology transfer and business operation services for members in the US and Nigeria.
The NUSACC was incorporated in the state of Ohio, as a non profit organization in accordance with the United States Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c) 6.
NUSACC's bylaws are the guiding principles by which NUSACC operates. The board of directors formulated NUSACC's operating policies for the management team to implement under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer (CEO).
NUSACC will implement policies as spelled out by tasks through committees in accordance with the provisions of its bylaws.
VISION STATEMENT
NUSACC's Vision is to be the undisputed Voice of US and Nigerian Businesses in the US and in Nigeria.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Mission of the NUSACC is to create an enabling environment to promote cordial business relationships between businesses in Nigeria and the United States. The NUSACC will accomplish this by creating a forum for the exchange of information and ideas about trade, business and investment opportunities in both Nigeria and the United States.
